Cancellations and Refunds Policy

It is hereby informed to all concerned that the policy for Admission Cancellation and Fee Refund is as under:

Cancellation of Application

  1. Application money of Rs 1,000 is non-refundable.

Cancellation of Admission

  1. For the cancellation of admission, a candidate has to apply in writing to the respective Campus Director through an application form duly signed by him/ her and countersigned by his/ her parent/ guardian giving the reason for cancellation.
  2. The candidate should enclose the original fee receipt along with the application.

Refund of Fees:

  1.  The refund of fees as applicable shall be made in due course.
  2. The refund shall be made after deduction of the processing/cancellation charges as shown below:

1 In case an admitted student does not join the institution within 7 days of opening of the Institution, the Institution shall refund the amounts of fees as indicated herein below
A In case the student informs of his/ her intention not to join the institution at least 7 days before the start of the academic session 100% of the fees collected minus the processing charges, which shall not be more than Rs10,000, or any other amount fixed by UGC. The same shall be refunded within 15 days of receipt of information from the student.
B In case no such information is given by the student but the University is able to fill up the seat so vacated 100% of the fees collected minus the processing charges, which shall not be more than Rs 10,000, or any other amount fixed by UGC. The same shall be refunded within 15 days of the request for refund from the student or the expiry of 30 days after the opening of the academic session, whichever is later.
C In case no such information is given by the student and the Institution is not able to fill up the seat even by the end of 30 days after the opening of academic session 50% of the fees collected minus the processing charges, which shall not be more than Rs 10,000, or any other amount fixed by UGC. The same shall be refunded within 15 days of the request for refund from the student or the expiry of 30 days after the opening of the academic session, whichever is later.
2 If a student joins the Institution, and then leaves it in mid-session Entire fees collected shall be forfeited.

 

The refund cheque may be collected from the office of the respective Campus Director or it will be mailed by Speed Post or courier to the candidate as per the option selected by him/ her.
